A conversation with the body | Contact Improvisation Class & Jam

At the beginning of the year I suggest you take time to listen to our body, to listen to other bodies, and why not, to start a conversation. This requires trust and a meeting point.
Contact Improvisation can be like a conversation, sometimes just listening, sometimes disagreeing, discussing each other adversely, and at other times the conversation goes on with enthusiasm and time runs out.
During the class we will go from exercises to wake up our body to small improvisation games and then to the jam.
