A wonderful opportunity over two evenings to experiment with gentle movement and dance with international professionals, performers and teachers. Visiting performer-teachers from Romania and Moldova. Alexandra Soshnikova, Sergei Golovnea, Virginia Negru and Catalin Diaconu lead meditative, gentle, creative workshops for absolute beginners. Warm-up exercises, learn expressive moves and gentle dance techniques. No experience necessary and perfect for creative physical expression, and fans of T’ai Chi and yoga to expand their movements. Suitable for ages 18+.
