Contact. Finding your partner
Resisting versus releasing, falling versus supporting, leading versus following, pushing versus pulling, stillness versus flow.
We change everything into movement and we eliminate “versus” trying different types of partners and ourselves as a partner. We will train our sensitivity, our body awareness, our weight transfer, our capacity to support and to be supported by others.
The course combines body awareness and body control techniques with the basics of Contact Improvisation.
The participants will come with intuition and openness, with or without moving skills.

Alertness is developed in order to work in an energetic state of physical disorientation, trusting in one’s basic survival instincts. It is a free play with balance, self-correcting the wrong moves and reinforcing the right ones, bringing forth a physical/emotional truth about a shared moment of movement that leaves the participants informed, centered, and enlivened.”
