Travelling up and down / Contact Improvisation Class & Jam

In this class we will explore ways to move vertically.
We will start from the relationship with the floor and play with different levels, solo or together with a partner.
We will try, through a series of exercises, to fluidize our movements,
discovering new ways of expressing ourselves, and opening up new possibilities in our dance.
The class is aimed at both beginners and professional dancers.
