Tuning to CI Jam // Contact Improvisation Class & Jam

This text is being composed a week before the actual event, so, please bear with us if we will go to unexpected directions on the actually date, specially since we are gathering around event which has “Improvisation” in it’s name 🙂

We would propose to move through and beyond our skin which might look like it separates me from you on the first look. And to enter the space of Jam as into this big body we are all falling in/ forming together in real time and where each movement is born and comes from our mutuality and reciprocity, not from separation.

*The class will be guided in English with translation to Romanian if needed.
