We offer you a course that will bring us a three-dimensional perception of the interior and exterior space.
We use basic principles of postural techniques and awareness techniques to practice and increase awareness in aspects such as posture, muscle rebalancing, static and dynamic balance, the ability to relax and the physical integration of information received through the senses. Movement becomes a tool for knowing and expanding the field of perception and proprioception.
We start with positioning topics, work actively, muscular and articular, then add another layer, that of breathing and fluidity of movement, to finally practice the exact opposite: physical awareness in the absence of muscular effort.
Along with the three-dimensional perception, the variation of the dynamics and the energy level, the engagement of all the senses, the increase of the flexibility and the responsiveness of the spine bring a greater lightness in the dance and increase the joy with which we engage in daily movements.
Is the course a meeting point between Smaranda Găbudeanu’s movement concerns and the series of workshops 𝐂𝐞 𝐟𝐞𝐥 𝐝𝐞 𝐜𝐨𝐫𝐩 𝐠𝐚̂𝐧𝐝𝐞𝐬𝐜? supported by Andreea Belu, who discuss the connection between somatics, proprioception and communication in artistic creation groups (choreographed trio, director, performer) and amateur groups of the movement (people who want to deepen kinetic techniques, to and improve motor skills).
This course is for adults.
